3=very nice and clean sea. We would go swimming there again if we were in the area

(just my own unscientific observation of the water feel and appearance)
My family and I enjoy the water when it is crystal clear, and cool instead of warm. We don' like to see any visible floating particles of any kind or algae settled on the beach.

Topless sunbathing is not common

Good=paved road all the way to the beach, parking near the beach

Comments Skoutari Beach is set on the Gulf of Skoutari.
On the left half of the Gulf the beach is all yellow sand. On the right side the beach is made of large pebbles as is the sea floor.
The water is crystal clear and inviting.
We go there once every two years from Melbourne Australia. We like it so much.

Comments I stayed at Hotel Skoutari - great place for family vacations with sunset view apartments. On the left the beach is sandy and there are few small "bays" surrounded by rocks which gives some privacy. In June there was nobody but us and some kids in the afternoon
