Beach NameFaliraki LocationRhodes Overall Rating4 / 5 = Very good beach, would go out our way to swim there again. We would travel for miles when in Greece, and we would even stay in the area just for the beach. BeachS = sand (sandy beach) Sea FloorS = sand (sandy beach) Water4 / 5 = Sea water was excellent and inviting for swimming. We would go out of our way to swim there again (These are my, and my family's own unscientific observations of
the water feel and appearance during our visit) AccessGood = Paved road all the way to the beach, parking near the beach AmenitiesT = Town within walking distance RV / Camper AccessibilityRoom for RV Parking. SnorkelingDoes not look promising, I did not dive Clothing Topless sunbathing is common NotesFaliraki offers an nice long and wide beach lined with fine sand, but it is more known for the wild nightlife these days. The town of Faliraki is overrun by tourist shops, but the beach is quiet and pleasant during the day. The southern end of the beach is more developed with restaurants, cafes, and parasol rows, but the northern end offers much space for quiet swimming and sunbathing. At the southern end of Faliraki there are several smaller beaches, Kathara beach, another small beach (reportedly a nudist beach of dubious quality), the Anthony Quinn beach, and Ladiko beach.
